1. Shipping Coverage

IMHR Academy currently ships within India. International shipping options will be available soon.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day.

Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items and the selected shipping method. Costs will be depending on weight and distance. Free shipping on orders above ₹1000.

4. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

6. Shipping Restrictions

IMHR Academy is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the carrier.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. International Shipping

International shipping is currently not available. We are working on expanding our shipping options and will update this policy once international shipping becomes available.

8. Custom Duties and Taxes

IMHR Academy is not responsible for any custom duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

9. Damages

IMHR Academy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
