Refund Policy

Thank you for joining the IMHR programs. In order to meet your needs, we strive to provide the best possible service. Our refund policy ensures that you receive a fair resolution if you are not satisfied with our service.
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
  1. Services are non-refundable– Our training programs are an investment in your career development, and we understand that your tuition is a significant investment. If needed, you can reschedule your training or switch to another program. If you enroll in a training program, you will not be able to request a refund once you have paid the fees.
  2. Eligibility for Refunds – To be eligible for a refund, customers must have paid for an uncompleted or undeliverable service. Refunds are not available if you have already received the service or have partially completed it.
  3. Refund Process– The refund process begins once we receive your refund request and review it to determine whether you are eligible for a refund. In the event that you are eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued by the same payment method used for the original transaction.
  4. Rescheduling- Please inform us at least one week before the scheduled program begins if you cannot attend. We will then be able to make the necessary arrangements and ensure that the rescheduling process goes smoothly.
  5. Refund Amount- You will be refunded the amount of your payment less any fees or charges we have incurred to process the payment on your behalf to process the refund.
  6. Changes to the Refund Policy- Modifications to the Refund Policy, we reserve the right to change this refund policy at any time without prior notice. This policy will be updated if any changes are made to it following the posting of the changes.
