Job Description for Sales Executive
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our IMHR Academy team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Sales towards the target making at least 60-70 calls a day(no travel is involved).
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers, ensuring that the terms and conditions are favorable for both parties.
- Cold calling, handling client calls and pitching in the training and certification programs on calls.
- Conducting email marketing, mass mailing and WhatsApp marketing.
- Collaborate with the IMHR Academy team to develop sales strategies and plans to meet the needs of our target audience.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies to provide expert advice to customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in BA, B.Com, BBA, BBM, MBA Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the HR industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
