Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Writer to join our IMHR Academy team. The Content Writer will be responsible for creating engaging and informative content for the IMHR Academy platform, including articles, guides, e-books, and other materials.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on HR-related topics to create informative and engaging content for IMHR Academy platform.
- Writing and editing all the content for our content marketing efforts, as well as for all
brand assets not limited to website, article writing, website blog writing, social media.
handles and PR content. - Write clear, concise, and engaging content that is suitable for a wide range of audiences, from beginners to experienced professionals.
- Collaborate with the IMHR Academy team to develop content strategies and plans to meet the needs of our target audience.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure that it is free from errors, is well-structured, and is optimized for SEO.
- Optimize content for search engines and social media platforms to increase visibility and engagement.
- Making sure the content is plagiarism free and inclined with the brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, best practices, and technologies to ensure that our content is timely and relevant.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a content writer or Copywriter, preferably in the HR industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong research skills and the ability to create original, informative, and engaging content.
- Familiarity with SEO and social media best practices.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
- Familiarity with software like Microsoft Office, Google Docs and other tools which are inclined to content like plagiarism checker etc.
